By modifying your body angle in an exercise, you are able to adjust the intensity of the exercise to suit your current fitness level.
For example, the "Standing Chest Press" exercise can be made more challenging by taking your feet back toward the Blackstrapz Trainer, thus placing your body in a more acute angle to the floor.
Progression of your training depends on what your goals are.
However, by changing factors such as: the number of repetitions of each Blackstrapz Trainer exercise, how many Blackstrapz Trainer exercises you do and the order of the exercises you can achieve variety and change the "intensity factor".
A simple program of 6 Blackstrapz Trainer exercises, 10 repetitions of each Blackstrapz Trainer exercise, repeated twice through will only take 20-25mins (depending on how much "rest" you take).
Exactly WHAT Blackstrapz Trainer exercises, HOW MANY repetitions and IN WHAT ORDER you perform them, will all depend on what your goals are and what your current level of fitness is.
